POA Living History Club
Who were the POA?

The POA Living History Club is a group that portrays the soldiers of the POA from 1943 until 1945. We are members of the WARS organisation and we are the sisiter group to the 13th Guards Rifle Division.

We take part in a series of public and private events where we try to recreate the look and feel of this unit. Whilst the POA was formed through the political actions of its commanders, we are a non-political organisation and any expressions of Russian Nationalism will lead to immediate expulsion. This is a hobby not a home for political extremism.

There is more information about the club on this website. Please contact us with your comments or if you see us at a show, stop over and say hello!

The Russian Liberation Army was a goup of Russian nationals who under the leadership of General Vlasov formed the 600th and 650th Divisions of th German military in addition to numerous seperate battalions.

Seen as collaborators in the former Soviet union and untrusted by the Germans, the combat performance of these troops varied from the incapable to the tragically brave.
